Community Engagement

We are pleased to announce that starting July 1, 2020, we will be allowing one person wearing a mask into our facility to accompany their pet for his or her appointment.  Our doors will remain locked, so the same protocol will remain in place, which is that we ask that you call from the car when you arrive for your appointment. The reception staff will check your pet in over the phone and when the doctor is ready, his or her technician will call you and escort one person wearing a mask and the patient(s) into an exam room.  The doctor will then perform your pet's examination and discussions will take place in the exam room face to face, with both parties wearing a mask and maintaining social distancing.  When the appointment is finished, you will be asked to go back to your car and wait for any pending test results or medications to be filled. Clients who are picking up medication or food will still be asked to call from the car and a staff member wearing a mask will bring your purchase to you outside. For those clients who haven't already done so, the reception staff now has the ability to securely place your credit card on file, which makes your checkout process much quicker, especially during this time.  Please ask upon check-in or when scheduling an appointment for details.
